Lawsuit update

Recent rulings, which favor the Academy and its co-plaintiffs, by both the Ohio and Kentucky Supreme Courts, will allow the lawsuit alleging anti-trust violations to move forward against the only remaining defendant, United HealthCare. Aetna, Anthem, and Humana have reached settlements in the suit. Academy members are reminded that they should contact the Academy’s attorneys if they feel that the settlement agreements are not being followed.
