Important information for all area physicians

Physicians in the Greater Cincinnati area should have received a mailing in the last few days from the Academy with information provided by legal counsel about the Aetna settlement in the Florida Federal Court. The mailing also included an opt-out form than can be used if that is the choice that members of the physician class choose to make. If you did not receive the mailing and you know or believe that you are a member of the class, call the Academy at 513-421-7010.
