This is much more common than we imagine. Chances are you spend more time caring for your life goals and the other people in your lives, and less time caring for yourself. A fat-paced life, combined with repeated stress in our environment, makes it hard to take the time to support ourselves. Self-are is a critical need in modern life.

Effective Habits of Self-Care

To live in good health as you age, and live today, it is profoundly important to take a little time to care for your body and mind now.

This workshop features:

  • An introduction to the keys of self-care for your body and mind
  • A useful way to become aware of your habitual patterns, which may be the root of many chronic health issues
  • Simple life skills to cultivate the new and effective habits of self-care

Wear or bring comfortable clothing. All experience levels welcome.
