Join fellow Academy members for an interactive discussion with State Senator Steve Wilson (Chair – Committee on Financial Institutions, Insurance, and Technology) focused on current Ohio insurance reform legislation.
Monica Hueckel, VP of Advocacy at the Ohio State Medical Association, will moderate the discussion on current Ohio insurance reform legislation — including:
- SB 160 (non-medical switching)
- SB 162 (timing of insurer recoupment)
- SB 164 (use of AI in insurance coverage determinations)
- SB 165 (automatic downcoding)
- SB 207 (copay accumulators).
